Changes and Developments
- Constantly squeals and coos.
- Loves independent play time.
- Tolerates tummy time on her own.
- Gets kisses from Obi daily!
- Obsessed with her giraffe pacifier.
- Holds her head up and looks around.
- Loves car rides.
- Mirrors sticking your tongue out!
- Great sleeper, but still needs the swaddle.
- Gripe water addict. (I'm pretty sure she fakes being gassy to get it)
Adventures
Sawyer's first month has been full of friends, family, and fun! She is constantly on the go with mommy and daddy. She much prefers being out and about than sitting at home. She hasn't met a person she doesn't love!
Sawyer had her first evening away from us with her Gigi and Chief while we went and saw a movie! She did amazing, and took a bottle like a champ. She just loves food, so who cares where it comes from. She stayed with them again the next week while we went to dinner, and did amazing again. Sawyer loves her Isa and Grandpa's house too. She gets lots of kisses from all the puppies, and can't wait to spend all summer in the backyard by the pool!
She had her first trip to daddy's fire station, and I just know she will ALWAYS love visiting him. She went to her first brunch with friends, and went for a walk by the Trinity River.
Her favorite part of this month was staying at the Granbury lake house with mommy and daddy. She got to ride in the golf cart, go on walks, go into town, and eat at Babe's!!!
Sawyer's best friends include Obi, Caleb and Claire (her cousins), and Gerald (her giraffe paci).

Eat/Wake/Sleep
We had our first "merge" with Baby Wise last week and got to cut out a night time feeding! That means this mama is getting some much needed sleep. We also got the okay from our pediatrician to let her sleep as long as she wants at night! We will see if that messes up our day time schedule too much so I may still wake her up to eat.
6:00 am - Eat, Cuddles, Sleep
8:30 am - Eat, Chores/Errands with mommy, Sleep
11:30 am- Eat, Swing/Bouncer, Sleep
2:30 pm - Eat, Go on a walk, Sleep
5:00 pm - Eat, Play time, Sleep
7:30 pm - Eat, Wake, Sleep
10:00 pm- Eat, Sleep
2:00 am- Eat, Sleep
