This was the first set of maternity pictures we took, and honestly it's so hard to know how to pose with this giant belly! The weather was so humid, rainy, and windy which stressed me out. I had no idea what to expect when we finished that evening. Despite all my concerns, Andrew's photography skills show through all of the wind and rain! He chose the PERFECT location at Lake Grapevine. The lake, the stone, the trees, everything is so incredible looking. The rainy weather also created an amazing backdrop for all of the pictures. We did a few different outfits, and I really love the casual outfit. Daniel begged for us to do this, because he wanted some simple pictures of how we look everyday instead of just the nice clothes. I wore one of the dresses from my baby shower, and another dress that Daniel got me at Motherhood Maternity.
My absolute favorite pictures are all of the detail shots. I love that he took so many of my belly. I never want to forget how I looked, and how it felt to carry our sweet daughter. God knew exactly what he was doing when he created us.
